OESC Partnership

The mission of OESC is to provide high quality services at low cost to Canadian School Boards.

Ontario Education Services Corporation (OESC) is a non-profit corporation jointly owned by all School Boards in Ontario whose mission is to provide high quality services at the lowest possible costs to Canadian School Boards. OESC and Concept Interactive Inc. (schoolBundle Inc.) created a joint venture to give School Boards an opportunity to participate in a feature rich Enterprise Portal solution at a reasonable price. This comprehensive suite of services has been designed to meet the needs of students, parents, teachers, staff and School Boards within the K-12 market.

Concept Interactive Inc. was the successful vendor in two separate RFP’s conducted in 2009 by OESC on behalf of all School Boards. Ontario Boards will be able to contract with the OESC/schoolBundle Joint Venture without having to conduct a separate RFP process.
